SUNDERGHUNGA TREK also known as the Stones Valley. Jaitoli, Dudhia Dhaung, and Kathalia are all on the route to Sunderdhunga. Maiktoli and Sukhram are two of this valley's most prominent glaciers. Sunderdhunga Trek is considered difficult in comparison with Pindari Trek, Sunderdhunga Valley, on the right side of Pindar Valley, is considered a challenging walk. The ideal months to walk in Sunderdhunga are April through June and September through October.

Sunderdhunga Glaciour trekking starts from Loharkhet which is 30km far from Bageshwar. From Loharkhet to Dhakuri which is 10km. Then from Dhakuri to Jaitoli is 15km. Then from Jaitoli to Sunderdhunga Glacier one needs to trek for 21km vai Khaituni.
If you travelling by road, buses are available from ISBT Anand Vihar, Delhi to nearest cities like Haldwani & Almora. From there local buses and taxis are available to Bageshwar city. Distance from Delhi to Bageshwar city is 431km.
